Dear Div A Club Presidents,
We are approaching midterm and it is time for us to take stock of our DCP achievements. What have gone well and what can be improved further?
Perhaps you would like to share with us your success story/ies.
I am pleased to announce that they are goodies & awards to grab, at Division Level this term.
1. 100 copies of Speechcraft Participant's Handbook + Certificates of Participation, to be given to Clubs intending to conduct the Speechcraft this term. First come first serve basis.
2. 35 ring files available for your use.
3. First 35 members who register for the Moments of Truth/Mentoring Workshop & the Speakes, will receive a TM pen each.
4. Finalists of Div A Int'l Speech & Table Topics Contests 2010-11 will each receive a thumb drive.
5. Trophies (purchased from TI) for Div A Toastmaster + Area Governor of the Year 2010-11.
6. Outstanding Member Pins for the deserving members.
At District Level, you will also be recognised:
- Achieve at least 5 out of 10 goals (including 2CC, 1AC) before 31 Dec'10
- Achieve President's Distinguished Club status before the Penang Annual Convention on 29 April - 01 May '11
- Recruit the most no of new club members.
- Charter New Clubs.
- Best Website / Newsletter.
- 100% attendance in TLI (formerly COT)
It's time for Division A to move away from the old thinking of achieving ONLY at the end of the term. Let's AIM at achieving President's Distinguished Club status by 31 March 2011!!!
I know you can do it because it is sign that your club members are active and your club meetings are productive.
