Final Call

Dear Senior District Officers, Division Governors, Area Governors and Fellow Toastmasters,

If you have not pre-registered for the full package or the individual events of District 51 18^th Annual Convention in Penang, here is another golden opportunity for you to take action now.

Our District 51 Governor, Thannimalai L, DTM made a simple and humble request to the ACP 2011 Main Organizing Committee to EXTEND the promotion period to Friday, 22nd April 2011. His intention is encourage and motivate more members to step up, register, learn and listen from SIMPLY THE BEST Leaders, Speakers and of course, our fellow Toastmasters cum Contestants who will be competing their level best in the District 51 International Speech and Table Topics Contests.

The ACP 2011 Main Organizing Committee with our Distinguished Advisors had a committee meeting yesterday. The committee humbly accepted our District Governor Thannimalai's request.

Ladies and gentleman, please take advantage of the individual event tickets @ RM100nett per pax per event or full convention package @ RM400nett per pax NOW.

Ticket price will be increased to RM120 from 23rd April – 1st May 2011

Buy your tickets early as these are subject to availability and hotel banquet confirmation.

Club Award - Distinguished club by 15 April '11 + 90% membership renewal.
Individual Award - minimum 3 achievements of which 1 must be educational goals ie. CC,CL, etc + sponsor new member. Every one new member sponsored is 1 achievement and if 3 members sponsored by the same individual, it will be 3 achievements + 1 educational goal would qualify him/her for a Goodie Bag of 4.

Be there to support our 2 Division Champions who will be contesting at the District Level International Speech & Table Topic Contests on Sunday 01 May '11.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Thank you for your participation in the upcoming ACP 2011.

In order for the Registration Team to create a name tag with photo for full package convention delegates only, kindly

1) insert the photo in the box (as shown in the powerpoint template)

2) fill in your name

3) fill in your latest Toastmasters Title

4) fill in your Club's Name

5) fill in your Division's Name

6) SUBMIT the COMPLETED template to registration@acp2011.com by Monday, 10th April 2011

Gentle reminder:

1) Please use the attached powerpoint template and create your own "Do-It-Yourself" Name Tag. 2) If you are a District Officer, District Special Appointments Officer, Division Governor or Area Governor, please identify yourself too
