Dear Division Governors, Area Governors A speech contest is a good showcase for Toastmasters.Whether it is at Club, Area or Division level, let us make the best of it. A speech contest does not only help promote Toastmasters but also provide a platform for our members to exercise their leadership and organisational skills. Please guide the club presidents and organising chairs as they start to organise their contests.
